How to Use
Use 2-3 saffron threads per two cups of dried rice.
Method 1: Firstly, grind the organic saffron using a mortar and pestle. For better abrasion, you can add a pinch of coarse sugar. Dissolve the saffron powder in about 2 tablespoons of hot water to release the color and aroma. When dissolved, add to your food as desired.
Method 2: Steep full saffron thread in hot water (between 160° F/71° C and 170°F/77°C) for about 15 minutes. When the liquid is has changed to deep orange color, you may add to your desired dish.
